Not being educated about my health, I used to weigh 400 pounds.
Something had to be done. I didn’t want to risk destroying my life or ending it.
Found a very good interest in health and wellness.
So health and wellness became my bible, which I now live and breathe.
Through my healing, I discovered I could help others.
Became a health coach and holistic health coach I.N [Integrated Nutrition].
I wanted to find something where I could become a coach and help people heal just like I did.
Having support when I went into health and wellness found OsteoStrong, which completely changed my life.
It’s made me find a vision towards health and wellness in a way that I never actually thought I could get myself healthy holistically, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
